What happens if you fail the TCEQ Class D exam?
If you do not pass, you can retest after you receive your failed result, and some testing centers offer one same-day retest. Your application stays valid for 365 days or four attempts at the same exam, whichever comes first. After that, you reapply and pay the fee again.
